As the head of Stream Energy, Michael Jarmana saw the opportunity that presented itself within the deregulating energy industry and he took advantage by educating consumers and offering energy suppliers the opportunity to reach a market that they had previously not had to advertise to. In doing so, he helped Stream Energy increase its annual revenue to more than $1bn within 4 years and saw the company become chosen from a list of hundreds of companies to become the representative of Suez Energy, one of the world’s top 100 companies and the world’s largest retail electricity supplier.

More recently,Michael Jarmana has taken on the role of mentor and teacher to individuals from around the world looking to develop their own sales techniques and skills. He is doing this through the still emerging field of virtual education, advancing and developing web 2.0 technologies while teaching his students. As well as passing on his undoubted knowledge, Michael Jarmana also enjoys time raising money for his preferred charity, Charity Water, who install wells in developing and third world communities around the globe.
